Hello, my name is Cory Leibel. I’ve been married to my amazing wife, Michelle, for over 23 years, and we’re proud parents of two sons- both graduates of the Chisago Lakes School District. Our family also includes two loyal fur babies: Maggie, our yellow lab, and Guss, a lovable Cavapoo.
We've called the Chisago Lakes/Lindstrom area home for more than 25 years. During that time, I’ve been fortunate to stay involved in our community as a youth sports coach, Vice President of the high school fishing team (a local nonprofit), and a volunteer boat captain for young anglers. I’ve also supported local parks, churches, and faith-based organizations through various community improvement projects.

Professionally, I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in multi-family maintenance and property management across the Midwest. I’ve managed operations for property portfolios ranging from 10,500 units in Minnesota to over 6,000 units across eight states.
This experience has given me deep insight into the systems that keep homes and properties functioning efficiently—and what it takes to prevent costly issues before they start. I now bring that same level of care and precision to residential properties, cabins, and investment homes through Reliable Home and Outdoor Service LLC.
In recent years, I’ve specialized in designing and implementing custom preventative maintenance plans tailored to each property. These plans are focused on extending the life of critical systems and equipment while also helping homeowners reduce energy consumption and utility costs.
